The JH Kids program at JH CrossFit offers a fun and engaging 30-minute conditioning session for children aged 7-12.
The program emphasizes bodyweight movements and cardio conditioning. Kids will participate in activities such as jump rope, biking, skiing, running, and rowing. This program is designed to improve fitness, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.
